Whole Body Wellness Introduction

This is monthly subscription is dedicated to you and your body! I have included many new ways to move and help you build a stronger, more resilient and intelligent body. Your mind-body connection will be shifted as well so you feel more wholly integrated.
The first foundational part of whole body wellness is the series of mat sequences which get you acquainted with certain parts of your body or tools we use. The mat sequences are lessons that can easily be mixed and matched.
The second part of whole body wellness is a library of online recorded classes. These ongoing biweekly classes run 55 minutes in length. The classes build on themselves and the library will be updated regularly.
I recommend practicing minimally three times a week.
