Whole Body Wellness | Online Recorded Lessons
In each class I aim to treat the whole body in most planes of movement. The classes build on themselves and have monthly themes. For those currently in the live classes they are great way to redo a class that felt especially good or challenging. Often corrections are made to individuals that offer the whole class ways to check in. Each classes main focus is pulled out in the description or alternatively you can follow by date.
