This series is dedicated to you and your body. It is designed to get you moving in different ways; using new muscles, movements, and neural patterns. You will develop better body awareness, learn your unique asymmetries and learn some basic anatomy. It is a series of sequences that can be done separately or mixed and matched as suits your changing needs. It will net a stronger and more supple body. The mind-body connection will be shifted as well so you feel more integrated.
