This sequence really focuses on setting your powerhouse or pelvic core as I like to think of it. This is foundational work that in its simplicity gets deeper or closer to your bones and builds potential length in the spaces between your vertebrae. Doing this regularly is a great way to really imprint the fundamentals into your body. This is appropriate for almost every body as it really digs into the concept of a neutral pelvis. you will want a bolster or pillow and knee support like a squishy ball, roller, or yoga block.
