this sequence is appropriate for most of us; if you have chronic neck or shoulder issues including rotator cuff tears, thoracic outlet syndrome, stenosis, disc issues approach the work extra mindfully and gently and listen if something zings definitely come out of it and slowly. everyone in this society has chronically tight shoulders think of texting, driving, computers so this sequence will stir stuff up and release some tension which can make you sore. be aware of any soreness use what works for you like heat or ice, arnica, anti-inflammatories if needed, and drink plenty of water. but visit here often and it should steadily get better. you may want to have light hand weights 2lb max or soup cans, one hand towel for your forehead when prone, and one blanket/bolster or block to sit on.
